Energy-saving at the warehouse
PatPat has adopted energy-efficient measures such as sensor lights in our warehouse to reduce electricity consumption. Our smart warehouses are highly automated and digitized to optimize energy efficiency and operation workflow. In addition, our forklifts are also battery-powered to avoid carbon emissions from conventional diesel-powered models.
Intelligence automated warehouse
In 2021, PatPat introduced four automatic sorting machines to replace the manual sorting process, improving warehouse picking efficiency by approximately 88% under normal conditions. In 2022, PatPat adopted a multi-tasking picking model and introduced autonomous mobile robots (AMR) to improve efficiency by approximately 117%. The automated warehouse can effectively reduce workers' workload and energy consumption.

Use of electric vehicles in logistics operations
Similar to our carbon reduction approach in logistics operations, is the replacement of conventional vehicles with electric vehicles. Some of our logistics partners have already made the bold transition to using EV in goods transportation from our warehouse, and our ambition is to motivate and enable all our logistics partners to succeed in making such a transformation.
Building greenhouse gas emission baseline
PatPat is currently working to establish a greenhouse gas (GHG) emission inventory to accurately track, monitor, and measure GHG emissions from our operations while developing a mechanism to disclose GHG emissions. We will also set a GHG reduction target and roadmap to better manage GHG emissions and guide us towards committed goals.
Running a Green Business
At PatPat, we promote green office and low-carbon travel by encouraging paperless offices, online meetings, waste sorting, and public transport, while switching off all electric appliances when not in use or before leaving to reduce unnecessary resource consumption and carbon emission. Next, we plan to install more energy-efficient lighting systems in all offices and warehouses and cooperate with environmentally friendly suppliers.
We are committed to continuously seeking better ways to reduce the environmental impact of our operations.
We use modern Digital Printing technology to consume less water and power and emit less pollution than the traditional technology.
Modern Digital Printing technology
We have replaced traditional Screen Printing with more advanced Digital Printing technology in some of our products, based on design requirements and fabric characteristics. Innovations in printing technology will significantly reduce water and power consumption and produce less pollution to reduce environmental impact.
